The platform is managed by automatic coordination with the Consumer Rights Protection Department, e-commerce stakeholders, document systems, and various industry regulators.

This platform will work as a bridge among the country's consumers, regulators, coordinators, and e-commerce stakeholders, ensuring the long-term sustainability and dynamism of the country's economy.

At this moment, the CCMS is successfully integrated with three e-commerce platforms, namely https://www.daraz.com.bd/, https://www.anondomela.shop/, and https://e-joyeeta.com/. In due course, every registered and operating e-commerce platform in the country will come under the purview of CCMS.
