Digibox is a smart self-service solution and multi-purpose locker network, accessible system with QR scan or OTP from mobile phone. Conceived, designed & introduced by ekShop, Digibox is our country’s first IOT-Smart Delivery Locker system ‘Digibox’ in 2022, to give the citizens a tech-based, secure, time-saving & hassle-free last mile delivery experience. 

A2i's ekShop open-source aggregation QR scanning and logistics managment system API is used by Digibox to enable smart locker service to Daraz Bangladesh. 

Digibox – Smart Locker is a secure, self-service kiosk that allows users to pick up packages at a place and time that’s convenient for them. Customers can receive their products, regardless of where they are - out or stuck in traffic, a major concern in the city. The customer is notified by SMS/Email when the order has been delivered at a designated Digibox location; The parcel can be picked up during a specific window of 48-72 hours within which, users can pick up the parcels anytime at their convenience. 

DigiBox is equipped with a sophisticated system of smart authentication panels, content surveillance, and asset management software that pulls all the required data into an easy-to-read dashboard to make it more reliable than the usual locker system. These management portals are also where users can customize and view user and transaction reports, which can be helpful in regulatory compliance. 

Currently, in collaboration with the local e-Commerce giant Daraz.com, Digibox has set-up 30+ devices at strategic locations within capital Dhaka and all five divisional cities.
